金刚舞
金刚舞起源于八世纪，追溯到吐蕃王朝藏王赤松德罗赞（742~797）时代，为修建桑耶永固天成大寺（简称桑耶寺）时，775年由莲花生大师传到藏土。修者增益气脉禅定力，见者种下亲见本尊因。对观者而言，这是具有「见即解脱」功德的解脱法。
